Remember that your third character, like the first and second, needs to have an agenda of some sort and some ability to push it. As written right now, your character doesn't look like she could be much of a player in the future of Newton.
Okay, that works. So sort of an outlaw who went semi-legit. I'd imagine Ophelia would be able to sell information both to undesirables as well as to legitimate businesspeople.
Yes, that is the idea. I suppose some of the more legit folk might want a more secretive setting than a trash tavern, but I imagine arrangements could be made.
